There are many ways to help motivate and encourage your top affiliates once you have recruited them into your affiliate sales force.  Giving them special benefits, such as giving them a bonus for reaching a specific number of sales per month, can really go a long way to encouraging your top affiliates to continue promoting your product offers well past their official launch date.  This can lead to you gaining more profit from those product offers weeks and even months after they were first launched.

Top affiliates will know how to effectively promote your product offers long after the initial fanfare of these product offers has died out.  This is another reason why gaining top affiliates into your affiliate program is so highly coveted by Internet marketers.  Your product offers can bring in much more income if you have top affiliates in your affiliate sales force, rather than just affiliates who can make a few sales, but are not that experienced or dedicated to affiliate marketing tactics.
